The basics of document amendments are fairly well understood, but what about advance issues that may not come up as often? For example, are there situations when a declaration amendment can lawfully require approval from more than 67% of all the votes? Are there situations where the court petition process cannot be utilized? May articles of incorporation be amended without owner approval? In this two-hour session, we will look at the above, and other, issues that we typically do not have time to cover in our regular one-hour sessions. This webinar qualifies for two CMCA credits.
