With the increasing number of homeowners retaining attorneys and filing lawsuits against associations and management companies, it is now, more than ever, critical to ensure your managers and account techs are prepared to testify. This workshop will focus on getting you prepared for this, oftentimes unpleasant, experience and providing you with tools so you’re not left holding the bag on the stand. This workshop will involve one-on-one training in small groups with an actual opportunity for you to take the stand. So if you’ve never testified before, or you testified and found the experience horrific, plan on attending this workshop to help you with your future testimony experience.
This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
