In this day and age it is not uncommon for associations and boards to become involved in disputes with not only homeowners, but vendors, board members, developers, metropolitan districts, and even other associations.  These disputes can range from something as minor as moving a trash can into the garage to a situation such as a construction defects claim against a roofing company that failed to properly install a roof, or a dispute where the developer believes it is entitled to annex units into a community where such rights have expired.  Are you prepared to deal with these disputes when they fall in your lap?  If not, plan on attending this class where we will present and discuss scenarios involving various types of disputes, from simple to very complicated, and work through these scenarios to determine what options are available to associations.  Some options are obvious, but others are not.  Plan on attending this session and don’t let your associations be at a disadvantage by not knowing all their options when disputes arise.

This class is approved for 2 hours CMCA Credit.
