Does it sometimes feel like even the most innocent of rules or board actions result in claims of discrimination?  That’s probably because it’s true.  Nowadays, discrimination claims are many and getting in trouble seems to be getting easier.  This class will not only explore the rules and actions that can result in valid discrimination claims against associations, but the process of defending these claims when complaints are filed with the Colorado Civil Rights Division and possible repercussions if probable cause is found that an association has been discriminating.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

Please sign in by 12:10 in order to receive your CAM/CMCA credit!
