Think you know CCIOA and the Nonprofit Act?  Come to this fun and interactive session and find out!    This class will test, and hopefully improve, your knowledge of these statutes by presenting you with trivia aimed at testing and increasing your knowledge with respect to various CCIOA and Nonprofit Act provisions, requirements, and prohibitions.  For example, do you know the difference between CCIOA’s and the Nonprofit Act’s default provisions when it comes to quorum? Do you know what types of meetings require physical posting of notice?  What happens if an association’s declaration is silent bout surplus funds?  Come to this class to learn and refresh your memory on CCIOA and the Nonprofit Act provisions in a fun and silly environment!

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
