No matter how soon money is collected, it never seems to be soon enough.  What’s the delay?  Why does it have to take so long?  Believe it or not, much of the delay is because of statutory time frames.  Other times, the delay is because the delinquent owner knows “the system”.  Is there anything that can speed up the collection process?  Attend this class for a detailed look at the various timelines and causes of delays when it comes to collection of assessments in both collection and foreclosure processes.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.  Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the west side of the building (not facing the street).  Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and proceed forward to elevators on the right and select First Floor.
