Right to Privacy—Where Does it Start and End?

With new technology being developed on an almost daily basis, associations are now facing privacy concerns when it comes to some of the technology.  More and more machines are being created that have the capability to video record others, such as drones flying over private residences, video doorbells, and small hidden cameras that may not be visible to the eye.  But what privacy rights are people legally entitled to, and how does this concern over privacy impact associations?  This class will focus on figuring out what privacy really is and what the law requires, as well as discuss how associations are impacted and what steps they can take.
