Although these activities may seem different, unrelated and fairly innocuous, the common thread is that all of them can get your associations into trouble.  In this class, we will explore 10 common activities conducted by associations or allowed to be conducted that is likely to result in unanticipated consequences for associations.  So if the above three activities sound familiar, you’ll definitely want to hear about the remaining seven situations that may get your communities into hot water.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.  

This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.  Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the west side of the building (not facing the street).  Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and proceed forward to elevators on the right and select First Floor.
