Proving Violations – How Do You Do It?

Associations oftentimes reach out to legal counsel and inquire about enforcing violations only to be told that they don’t have enough documentation to evidence the violation. So what kind of documentation is needed to prove various violations and how do you get it? In this session we will examine the difference between proving a failure to maintain violations and nuisance type violations and how you can get the necessary documentation to prove both of these types of violations.
