Oftentimes, especially in older communities, there are “small print” provisions in the governing documents that are rarely noticed or pointed out, which results in associations failing to comply with the requirements set forth therein.  Most often this goes unnoticed for a long time, but it becomes a problem when a new owner moves into the community and starts complaining about the association’s failure to comply.  In this class, we will review some of the most problematic provisions we encounter that associations tend to miss or simply ignore.  You should plan on attending this class especially if you manage older communities with hard-to-read documents.

This class is approved for 1 hour of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 1 hour of CMCA Credit.
