Parking Violations and Towing

With an overall increase in complexity with respect to enforcement and what associations can and cannot do, we have also seen additional confusion and frustration when it comes to regulating parking in communities and having vehicles towed.  Whether you are unsure how long you have to wait before towing, what the towing notice is required to say, or whether your streets are subject to association regulations, you are not the only one with questions.  This session will look at parking restrictions generally, as well as towing regulations, so if you have questions or are generally befuddled by this, less than clear, process, please plan on joining us.
