Oftentimes, communities are in desperate need for money (lots of money) really fast.  For example, many associations were left in a lurch with the last big wind/hail storm that mandated replacement of many roofs in Colorado communities.  Given the giant deductibles associations typically carry for such claims, many communities were forced to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars fairly quickly.  How did these communities accomplish this task?  What are the various options available to associations and the pros and cons of each?  This class will examine various situations and provide you with tools to help analyze each such situation and determine what would be best for each particular community.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.
