This session is an annual update that reviews significant occurrences in 2017 and the preceding 12 months, impacting the HOA world. In this session, we will review case law in Colorado and around the country, impacting associations. Additionally, we will review legislation presented in the 2017 Colorado legislative session targeting or effecting HOA’s. Plan on attending this annual update to stay in the loop on all the latest happenings in the HOA legal and legislative worlds, and to not get caught off-guard by new statutory requirements that may have been enacted.
This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
