Is Your Insurance Policy Up to Par?

I love talking about insurance—said no one ever (except maybe one person).  But without insurance associations would be sitting ducks.  For this reason, it is important to understand the basics of what is required and the general role of each insurance policy.  Post-CCIOA communities have very specific insurance requirements in the statute, so how do you know if your community is complying with these requirements?  Not all insurance brokers are aware of Colorado legal requirements, so it is important that you have a basic understanding of these issues.
