By this time, most communities have adopted their nine required good governance policies, and probably even updated some of them.  But a lot has changed since 2006 and 2007 when associations were first required to adopt good governance policies.  And the policies you adopted back then may not be fully serving your community today and may not even be in compliance with the law coming into effect after 2007.  This webinar will review the nine required policies and discuss whether anything has changed in the law concerning each policy as well as what you should be looking for in each policy to make sure your community’s needs are being met.
