No matter how much we read the governing documents, it seems there is always that one pipe running between two units serving only one unit that leaks and causes damages inside both units.  It’s a never-ending story!   But who has to step in and repair that pipe and who has to repair the units?  The answers are not always obvious or logical, and in fact, are oftentimes counter intuitive.   In this class we’ll discuss common and “default” rules of interpretation and maintenance and work on some real scenarios to obtain hands-on practice in dealing with these ongoing issues.  If you manage a community with common and limited common element utilities, or other improvements, this class is a must!

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
