Fifteen Common Mistakes at Homeowners’ Meetings

Think you got it all down?  Most associations do, yet many still make mistakes because the law is very specific, and somewhat convoluted when it comes to meetings.  You should plan on attending this class to ensure all your homeowner meetings are complying with the various legal requirements.  This class will cover everything from meeting notices to proxy parameters to motions from the floor to counting ballots.  A class you cannot afford to miss if you are responsible for handling membership meetings.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.  Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the west side of the building (not facing the street).  Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and proceed forward to elevators on the right and select First Floor.
