Now that you are a licensed Community Association Manager through DORA, you are subject to the various ethical and procedural requirements set forth in the CAM rules. As a CAM, you are also subject to the complaint process set forth in the CAM rules, which provides owners with a right to file complaints against mangers, have such complaints investigated by DORA, and possibly involve consequences to the manager if DORA determines the manager violated the CAM rule requirements. Do you know what the complaint process looks like and what your obligations are should a complaint be filed against you? Plan on attending this class to gain an understanding about the CAM rules pertaining to the complaint and investigation process utilized by DORA, and a review of how this has been utilized over the last year.
This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
