Not all boards and owners have the luxury of getting along, being “in sync” or agreeing on decisions that are made.  This often times causes meetings (both board and homeowner meetings) to drag on for hours, be completely unproductive, and only cause additional distress to both owners and board members.  Oftentimes, meeting attendees (both directors and owners) muddy the waters even further by trying to utilize Robert’s Rules of Order and inserting “points of order”, “motions for consideration”, and other lingo that nobody really understands.  Given all this chaos, how is it possible to effectively run a meeting?  This class will explore Robert’s Rules and what they really say, and provide you with essential tools to keep your meetings moving forward and keeping them on track.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.
