As the economy continues to improve, there are more and more developments being constructed in Colorado, which means more and more developers in the HOA world.  This class focuses on raising your awareness of typical problems that may arise during, and after, developer control, as well as red flags to watch out for when you’re managing a developer controlled community.  We will touch upon construction defects difficulties and the current trend making it more and more difficult for associations to initiate such actions against developers.  This session will also cover specific real life examples and situations involving developers and explore whether these situations could have been handled differently or better.  If you are currently working with developer controlled communities, this class is a must!!
