Bedbugs, Rats, Wasps, and Raccoons – When are They the Association’s Problem?

It seems wherever a Colorado community may be located, there are insect or vermin infestations at one point or another in the area.  Sometimes, it is fairly easy to determine how such infestations must be addressed, but other times it is not clear at all.  Most of the confusion arises in condominium and attached town home communities where owners maintain the inside of their homes, while associations maintain the exterior.  This setup gives rise to the finger-pointing when it comes to determining who should address and mitigate such infestations.  This Webinar will explore these types of problems and discuss how best to determine obligations concerning these situations.
