All of Section 313 in CCIOA sets forth insurance requirements for post-CCIOA communities, which are clear as mud.  If you manage or sit on the board of a post-CCIOA community, you are required to comply with the CCIOA insurance requirements even if your documents require something contrary.  Don’t get caught being under (or over) insured and know what’s required by attending in this webinar.
