Longmont City Class – Basic HOA Members Powers and Duties

This class is being hosted by the City of Longmont, not Altitude Community Law.

If you have been elected or are running for an HOA Board position, join us to learn more about the related duties and obligations. Some of these duties and obligations are contained in different governing documents. Our presenters will demonstrate how to navigate these documents to prevent liability exposure and comply with Colorado State law. We will have a brief discussion to engage in questions and to share experiences among past and new members.

This session is a great educational tool for new board members and an excellent refresher for the experienced directors too!

This session will be hosted at the Longmont Senior Center in Room D.
