People use the word “harassment” in all sorts of instances and on an extremely loose basis.  Board members accuse owners of harassment and owners accuse community managers of harassment.   Sometimes contractors get into the mix and start getting accused of harassment or vice versa.  But what is “harassment” in a legal sense and when can one actually bring legal action claiming they have been harassed?  Are there different standards for owners and directors?  How do you prove harassment?   Join us for this webinar where will explore the legal side of the “harassment” phenomenon and how it works.
