This class affords managers yet another avenue to obtain all eight required continuing education credits in one day! This class will center on in-depth analysis and review of CCIOA, the Nonprofit Act, and other statutes impacting common interest communities in Colorado. We will also focus on the applicability of CCIOA to pre-CCIOA and post-CCIOA communities and the difference in the treatment of both. If this sounds boring, and an opportunity to take a long nap, it’s not!! We promise the class will actually be fun, interactive, and informative.
This class is approved for 8 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 8 hours of CMCA Credit.
