Necessary Evils: Collections, Foreclosure and Covenant Enforcement

Collections, foreclosures, and covenant enforcement are processes dreaded by many, but all three of these measures are necessary to the success of associations. Join us for this four-hour class in which we will explore each of the three measures in detail and help you understand how these processes work and interact with one another. This class will also explore the effects of COVID on these processes and anticipated future changes.

This class is approved for 4 hours of CMCA Credit.
