Legislative and Case Law Update

This session is an annual update that reviews significant occurrences in 2018 and the preceding 12 months, impacting the HOA world.   In this session, we will review case law in Colorado and around the country, impacting associations.  Additionally, we will review legislation presented in the 2018 Colorado legislative session targeting or effecting HOA’s.   Plan on attending this annual update to stay in the loop on all the latest happenings in the HOA legal and legislative worlds, and to not get caught off-guard by new statutory requirements that may have been enacted.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
