How often do you get accused of violating an owner’s constitutional rights when enforcing the covenants? How about boards that want to adopt rules prohibiting fire arms or marijuana usage on common areas? Although the federal government may not directly speak to common interest communities, federal laws do impact and influence association operations. If you’re curious or want to explore this subject on a deeper level, join us for this class where we explore federal influences on association operations.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street).
