No matter what our economy looks like, there will always be those owners who do not pay their assessments and fall behind. Sometimes they fall behind for legitimate reasons and other times, not so much. But regardless of the reason, associations and their boards have a fiduciary obligation to association members to collect against delinquent owners. So how familiar are you with the collection process and can you answer questions about this topic? If you’re not entirely clear on how collections work (even before it reaches the attorney’s office), we encourage you to sign up for this class, in which we will lay out the basic steps of collections both before and after attorney turnover.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
