It is most unfortunate that some board members, community residents, and managers fear for their safety due to some very loud, obnoxious, inappropriate, and threatening individuals in the community.  Sometimes these threatening people are owners and sometimes they are tenants, guests, or roommates.  How do you deal with these types of situations and when is it time to get the police involved?  Should the association be involved at all?   This class will focus on several different fact patterns and discuss how such situations can and should be handled.  You will also be able to hear from other managers in the audience about their experiences with these types of situations.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for community association managers, if you are not currently a manager please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

Please sign in by 12:10 in order to receive CMCA credit!

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.  Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street).  Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
