The truth of the matter is: maintenance obligations are much easier to figure out for townhomes (and single family homes) than condominiums.  But why is that and what does that mean to you as a community manager?  Believe it or not, there are some simple “tricks” you can use to help figure out who is responsible for what depending on the type of community you are dealing with.  This class will discuss these tricks and provide you with tools to help determine maintenance obligations when you don’t have enough time to call the association attorney.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for community association managers, if you are not currently a manager please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

Please sign in by 12:10 in order to receive CMCA credit!

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
