If you have already taken our three basic board member training classes and want to go further, sign up for this new advanced training session.  In this class we will be examining the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOA”) and the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporations Act (“Nonprofit Act”) in detail to give you a better understanding of what these statutes require, how they interact, and how your communities are impacted by them.  So if you’re ready to take your HOA education to the next phase, please sign up for this class!

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.  Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the west side of the building (not facing the street).  Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and proceed forward to elevators on the right and select First Floor.
