Amanda K. Ashley is a Partner at Altitude Community Law, where she works closely with community associations to provide strategic legal counsel and practical solutions. With more than 20 years of experience, Amanda brings deep knowledge of community association law and a proven ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory matters. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wisconsin and is admitted to the District of Colorado as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Amanda has also been appointed to the Colorado Legislative Action Committee, reflecting her commitment to advancing and shaping legislation affecting community associations. Mike has been a licensed insurance agent since 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from UC Santa Cruz, and his MBA from Chapman University. He served on the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Orange County, CA Chapter board for six years (Chapter President – 2016) and CAI National Business Partners Council. Michael’s goal is to help empower community managers, homeowner leaders, and other business partners in making decisions that improve the experience of living in, and working with, a community. Julianna Toledo
Director of Marketing at Labarre Oksne Insurance

She offers a decade of experience in the insurance industry, with a specialized focus on Condo/ HOA insurance. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 2016, who combines deep industry knowledge with a relationship-driven approach to serving HOA boards, community managers, and business partners. Julianna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver, providing a strong foundation in relationship building, education, transparency, and advocacy. As an active committee member of both CAI Colorado chapters, she is dedicated to contributing time, expertise, and her passion for providing solutions to the HOA industry with the goal of advancing best practices and strengthening our local communities.
