Andrew grew up in Sarasota, Florida but moved out West, after attending the University of Richmond for college, to work at the C Lazy U Ranch and Winter Park Ski Resort in Grand County, Colorado. He fell in love with the mountains and decided to earn his law degree at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and make Colorado his home. Andrew has a broad legal background. He has worked as a landman and title attorney in Denver, as a general practitioner in Grand County, CO, and as an immigration lawyer in Arizona. His legal experience has covered real estate, business, water, probate, estate planning, debt collection, oil and gas, immigration, civil litigation, and of course, homeowners associations. Andrew enjoys the diverse work involving common interest communities. Giving legal advice affecting people's homes is a rewarding challenge. Andrew is proud to counsel HOAs with their governance issues as a member of Altitude’s transactions department.
